I am a wife, a mother to an 10-year-old baby boy, a therapist and a Psychiatric Assessment Clinician in one of the local Psychiatric Hospitals and Hospital Emergency Department. My educational attainment started by completing my Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Psychology at San Francisco State University, area of concentration in Clinical Psychology. I successfully finished my Master's of Science Degree in Counselor Education emphasis on Marriage Family and Child Counseling at California State University, Sacramento. During my graduate course of studies at California State University, I had been chosen as a Member of the Chi Sigma International Honor Society for Counseling Students. I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist.

In terms of my work experience, I have been in mental health and counseling field for 12 years with experience to include conducting assessments and crisis intervention, counseling diverse population to include children, adolescents, adults, couples and families to address issues pertaining to depression, abandonment, anxiety, grief and loss, marital problems, trauma and relationship problems. I am fortunate to be able to have the experience working in different settings to include outpatient clinics, school district, psychiatric hospital, Hospital Emergency Deparment and Intensive In-Home services as they have given me wide variety of experience and expertise in helping clients manage life's challenges and support them towards embracing wellness and positive growth.

I have great passion in doing my job as a therapist and very blessed to be in this profession as I love helping clients in processing their feelings, assisting them in gaining personal insight, providing psychoeducation and overall guiding them in their journey towards having a meaningful life.
